Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Financial Operations to lead revenue cycle management and provide financial insights for national expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including claims management and cash collections
• Lead payer contracting strategy and negotiations to support company growth
• Build and manage a high-performing revenue cycle management team

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing payer contracts
• Deep expertise in all RCM functions including A/R management and claims processing
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience managing and developing RCM teams in a fast-paced environment
