Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A to manage financial forecasting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models across key statements
• Deliver actionable business insights through variance analyses and KPI tracking

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance roles; fintech or crypto experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead financial planning in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools and planning software
• Deep understanding of fintech and crypto trends and business models
