Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to formulate and drive financial strategy, presenting insights to senior management
• Lead financial planning processes, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-range strategic planning
• Oversee strategic OPEX management and develop executive-level reporting frameworks to monitor business performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in a high-growth fintech, crypto, or modern financial services environment
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
• Proficiency with modern financial planning systems and data analytics tools
• Experience preparing Board-level reports and presentations
