Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in healthcare, payer, or health-tech environments
• Deep experience with value-based care, Medicare Advantage, or risk-based healthcare models
• Ability to connect financial insights to clinical outcomes and technology strategy
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Experience in building scalable planning and performance management frameworks
