Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial management and forecasting, owning the P&L and multi-year financial models
• Develop forward-looking operational models that align clinical delivery with business outcomes
• Drive operational excellence by designing scalable processes and overseeing vendor management

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in healthcare, payer, or provider environments
• Deep experience with Medicare Advantage economics, homecare operations, or MSO financial models
• Proven ability to build and maintain forward-looking operational models
• Strong understanding of risk-based healthcare and quality incentive structures
• Track record as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategy through data-driven insights
