Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

To shape financial strategy and drive growth, the full-time Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will own the FP&A function, partnering with executive leadership to develop financial models, generate KPI dashboard reports, and execute timely financial reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present detailed, data-driven financial models and analytical projects to senior management
• Generate dashboard reports to monitor KPIs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for management
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring insights and fiscal accountability are communicated to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of finance experience or in a related analytical field
• Expert financial modeling skills with extensive experience in quantitative financial analysis
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)
