Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering

Job Summary

Leading the Financial Planning & Business Partnering function, the remote Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering will develop strategic planning processes, strengthen forecasting, and translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the FP&BP function, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L planning processes
• Consolidate forecasts for revenue and operational costs while supporting performance management through financial analysis and KPI tracking
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve reporting, dashboards, and scalable data models, and constructively challenge business assumptions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering, preferably in AdTech or a related field
• Proven experience in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and P&L planning with driver-based financial models
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, along with experience using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Fluency in English and experience working in an international environment
