Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sector Head of Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the sector vision and strategy, refining product and commercial strategies
• Drive financial performance and P&L ownership, setting goals for ARR and profit margins
• Deliver best-in-class product and client experience by understanding investor needs and fostering a culture of excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investor-facing research, product development, and P&L management
• Experience in equity research or business analysis with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
• Strong strategic execution skills connecting vision with daily operations
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
