Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Fleet Solutions responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the fleet business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic direction and growth strategies for the fleet business
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key fleet customers and industry stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales, fleet solutions, mobility, SaaS, or technology-driven services
  • Demonstrated success in leading large revenue portfolios and driving significant business growth
  • Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing commercial teams
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders
