Head of Forecasting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Forecasting to lead the development of forecasting systems for its market intelligence product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the forecasting strategy and implementation for the product, developing models that inform decision-making
• Design and implement forecasting models using various techniques and Python libraries
• Create compelling narratives from complex data and align insights with stakeholders across teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science with expertise in forecasting and predictive analytics
• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong Python skills, particularly with forecasting libraries
• Solid understanding of model evaluation and deployment in production environments
• Experience working with large datasets and modern data stacks
