Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Corporate FP&A.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual financial planning process and provide strategic guidance on investments and financial management
- Develop advanced financial models and conduct high-level analysis to drive strategic decisions
- Prepare for IPO process, manage financial health metrics, and develop a competitive compensation framework
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, particularly in technology or cybersecurity sectors
- Experience leading a company through the IPO process and strong leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience in Cyber-security and SaaS industries, and working in fast growth private companies is a plus
