Head of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A to lead and modernize its global financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and consolidate FP&A support across global business units for alignment and consistency
• Own and improve core FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Partner with finance, sales, and business leaders to support commercial decision-making and financial discipline

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance in a complex global organization
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis
• Strong corporate finance experience with the ability to explain financial models to senior leadership
• Commercial finance experience, including partnership with sales teams and revenue planning
• Experience with OneStream preferred; familiarity with HFM, Essbase, or similar tools is relevant
