Head of FP&A

Job Summary

Leading a transformative finance function, the full-time remote Head of FP&A will manage a capable team, oversee process reimagination, and drive strategic financial planning and analysis across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set a clear vision for FP&A and manage the existing team while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration
• Lead the migration of historical data to a scalable data warehouse and implement AI-driven financial workflows
• Serve as the primary financial partner to GMs and department heads, driving revenue planning and resource allocation decisions

Required qualifications

• 7-12+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership in a SaaS or recurring-revenue environment
• Proven track record of process transformation and redesigning financial workflows from first principles
• Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics, including ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and product-level P&L
• Experience with financial platforms and workflows utilizing AI/LLM tools, or a strong willingness to learn
• Familiarity with data warehouse environments and proficiency in SQL is a strong plus
