Head of FP&A

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing industrial services platform, the full-time salaried Head of FP&A will develop financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes while initially operating as a hands-on individual contributor in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across the organization
• Lead monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, and cash flow analysis
• Build and maintain consolidated financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, and liquidity scenarios

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory roles
• Strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Experience in private equity-backed, multi-entity organizations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
