Job Summary

Transforming the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function, the full-time remote Head of Fraud Intelligence will oversee operational improvements, develop talent, and generate actionable fraud intelligence to enhance fraud prevention initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish performance baselines and operational metrics for the Fraud Intelligence Team, focusing on labeling quality and efficiency
• Design and implement scalable quality assurance processes to improve labeling accuracy and consistency
• Build a best-in-class entry-level talent program and create a progression framework for team members to advance their skills and careers

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, or related fields, with significant people leadership experience
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement
• Experience developing and coaching early-career talent and building high-performing teams
• Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with product, analytics, and engineering teams
