Head of Fraud Operations

Job Summary

Transforming the Fraud Intelligence Team, the full-time remote Head of Fraud Operations will oversee operational improvements, develop talent, and implement fraud prevention initiatives to drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish performance baselines and operational metrics for the Fraud Intelligence Team
• Design and implement scalable quality assurance processes to enhance labeling accuracy
• Build and manage a best-in-class entry-level talent program for Fraud Intelligence Analysts

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in fraud operations, risk management, or a related domain with significant leadership experience
• 4+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Fraud Analysts
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data for decision-making
• Experience in developing and coaching early-career talent and building high-performing teams
• Technical fluency and comfort collaborating with product, analytics, and engineering teams
