Head of Fund Analytics
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on builder, the full-time remote Head of Fund Analytics will design, build, and operate the fund's data and automation stack while managing the deal workflow, scoring data layer, and investor reporting for the Credit Fund team.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the full deal workflow from origination intake to credit committee and closing, implementing governed automation
- Build and maintain the scoring and underwriting data layer, developing credit scoring models and ensuring continuous quality monitoring
- Operate the investor pipeline and create dashboards for both investors and borrowers, ensuring audit-grade reporting and data security
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics/data engineering with hands-on production automation experience
- Proficient in SQL and Python, with experience managing a PostgreSQL data platform
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like n8n or Airflow
- Finance background with a degree in finance or a quantitative field, along with experience in portfolio analytics or credit
- Strong BI and dashboarding skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
