Head of Fund Operations

Job Summary

Experienced in fund operations, the full-time Head of Fund Operations will establish and manage the operational framework of a private credit fund, focusing on fund formation, service provider management, and operational compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive fund formation and structuring with external counsel, overseeing LPA terms and operational reality
• Select and manage service providers, ensuring institutional standards for fund administration and compliance
• Run core fund operations including capital calls, LP onboarding, and maintain valuation and NAV oversight

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in fund operations, CFO, or controllership roles at private credit or capital funds
• Experience taking a private fund from formation through first close
• Deep knowledge of LPA terms, fund administration, and capital call mechanics
• Strong understanding of credit-fund specifics such as leverage facilities and asset-level reporting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
