A company is looking for a Head of Game Design for a virtual world project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative expansion and refinement of the virtual world, player experience, and gameplay systems
• Collaborate with development and art teams to ensure a cohesive product vision
• Create clear design documentation and collaborate with UX/UI designers

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in game design
• 3+ years in a lead management role
• Launched at least 3 successful game titles
• Deep understanding of player motivations for online social games
• Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem and interest in building an open metaverse platform
