A company is looking for a Head of Global Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and P&L for the Global Markets division, managing a team of 20+ professionals
• Oversee risk management and capital optimization while driving revenue growth exceeding $100M annually
• Ensure alignment of product offerings with client demand and foster a high-performance culture within the team

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of senior leadership experience in Global Markets or Prime Services at a top-tier investment bank or major digital asset platform
• Proven track record of managing a business unit with $100M+ in annual revenue
• Experience managing a team of 20+ professionals and substantial institutional-scale balance sheets
• Deep understanding of Spot, Prime Financing, and Derivatives, with technical product knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred
