Job Summary
Leading the strategic evolution of a global team, the full-time remote Head of Global People Relations will manage the transformation of People Consultant, Employee Relations, and Risk & Compliance organizations into an AI-first, data-driven model while ensuring employee trust and compliance with international laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Re-engineer People Relations workflows using agentic automation to enhance performance coaching and advisory services
- Oversee global Employee Relations and People Consulting teams, implementing AI-driven processes while ensuring fairness and empathy
- Direct the global compliance strategy and automated risk models to adapt to evolving employment laws and data privacy standards
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive executive experience in leading global Employee Relations, HR Risk & Compliance, and People Consulting organizations
- Proven track record of leveraging AI platforms and digital transformation to modernize enterprise workflows
- Demonstrated ability to build People Analytics capabilities that provide critical organizational insights
- Subject matter expertise in global labor standards, employment law, and ethical HR governance
