Job Summary
To drive global pipeline growth, the full-time remote Head of Worldwide Sales Development will build and optimize a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a global SDR organization by recruiting, onboarding, and developing teams across regions
- Own and execute the global outbound pipeline strategy, partnering with regional sales leaders and Marketing
- Operationalize and optimize SDR processes, including playbooks, KPIs, and tech stack adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales development or inside sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in building and scaling outbound pipeline in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Deep understanding of enterprise cloud security or adjacent markets
- Experience managing multi-regional teams and scaling SDR operations
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in pipeline metrics and SDR performance benchmarks
