Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Global Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards to attract and retain talent
  • Provide strategic direction for the design and administration of compensation programs and employee benefits
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to rewards programs based on market trends and organizational needs
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of related work experience in total rewards, with 7+ years in management
  • Extensive experience with Executive Compensation, Sales Compensation, and Equity Programs
  • Strong consultative skills and a builder mentality to align rewards with business needs
  • Experience in financial technology and global organizations is preferred
  • Familiarity with WorkDay Implementation and Compensation Modules is a plus
