Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of go-to-market and product marketing initiatives
  • Develop tailored GTM strategies for priority verticals and coordinate with various teams for alignment
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and conversion
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in contact center, SaaS, or BPO environments
  • Proven success in launching vertical-specific campaigns and managing cross-functional GTM motions
  • Strong understanding of buyer journeys and persona development
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale programs in fast-paced environments
