Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Group Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Group Sales program through structured pipeline management and accountability
- Coach and develop a team of Group Sales Account Managers to drive performance and results
- Own and increase total revenue contribution from the Group Sales channel while ensuring disciplined sales processes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B, outbound, or account management sales experience
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a quota-carrying environment
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value strategic accounts
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or the outdoor industry preferred
