Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Group Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the Group Sales program through structured pipeline management and accountability
  • Coach and develop a team of Group Sales Account Managers to drive performance and results
  • Own and increase total revenue contribution from the Group Sales channel while ensuring disciplined sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B, outbound, or account management sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in a quota-carrying environment
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value strategic accounts
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience in retail, ecommerce, or the outdoor industry preferred
