Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the revenue goal and develop strategies to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention
- Drive funnel optimization and lifecycle marketing while scaling the company's presence on key social channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive subscription growth
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in B2C subscription growth marketing
- Strong entrepreneurial outlook and comfort in a startup environment
- Deep exposure to performance marketing across various digital channels
- Ability to leverage and manipulate data for insights
- Experience in testing and scaling multiple growth and marketing channels
