Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the mobile product-led growth (PLG) strategy to drive installs, sign-ups, and revenue
• Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to improve keyword rankings and conversion rates
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms and collaborate with teams to enhance user journeys

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in PLG growth, mobile acquisition, or performance marketing roles
• Proven success in scaling app-based acquisition and conversion across iOS and Android
• Deep expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) and paid user acquisition management
• Strong understanding of mobile funnel performance and behavioral analytics
• Familiarity with growth tools such as Firebase, Adjust, and Mixpanel
