Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth to lead and scale its product-led growth engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the PLG growth strategy to enhance customer acquisition, activation, and expansion
  • Build and scale product-led growth loops using in-product usage and referral mechanics
  • Optimize onboarding and activation processes while collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer journeys
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in growth, product, or marketing roles within B2B SaaS, with experience in PLG or freemium funnels
  • Deep knowledge of growth loop design and full-funnel optimization
  • Strong background in experimentation with a high testing velocity culture
  • Fluency in data tools and experience building analytics capabilities
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML for growth acceleration
