Key Responsibilities

• Continuously assess, refine, and launch offer-market fit strategies
• Architect and implement funnels and campaigns while overseeing their execution
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and user journeys

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing
• Proven track record of designing and scaling A/B and multivariate tests with measurable outcomes
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Amplitude
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
