Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Continuously assess, refine, and reposition offer-market fit
Architect and implement funnels and campaigns hands-on
Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests for optimization

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing
Proven track record of designing and scaling A/B tests with measurable revenue improvements
Fluency in GA4, Hotjar, VWO, and other relevant analytics tools
Strong understanding of growth diagnosis and system thinking
Fluent in French and English
