Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth to lead its go-to-market strategy and revenue execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the go-to-market roadmap for utilities, data centers, renewable developers, and industrial load customers
  • Build relationships with early adopter utilities and developers; structure pilot programs to validate ROI
  • Establish partnerships for hardware integration and joint market channels
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in energy technology Enterprise SaaS sales to data center developers and renewable IPPs
  • 3 years of experience working with project developers and data center owners
  • Proven ability to drive commercial traction and scale early SaaS platforms
  • Experience structuring and closing complex partnerships with OEMs
  • Comfortable in high ambiguity environments with a track record of driving growth
