Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Growth to lead new customer acquisition and scale revenue significantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media across various platforms, primarily Meta
- Oversee the entire ad creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high output and performance
- Lead the conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts and funnel buildout to enhance customer acquisition
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing $100K+/day Meta ad spend on a single brand
- Strong background in creative strategy and conversion rate optimization
- Experience in data-driven decision making and performance management
- Ability to lead and develop a team while managing agency relationships
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with a focus on ownership and urgency
