Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth to manage and scale pipeline generation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline number and the system that produces it, ensuring effective measurement and orchestration across the business
• Run a continuous experimentation system with rapid launches and data-driven decisions
• Identify and scale new acquisition channels and growth motions while building cohesive cross-functional partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Experience in growth strategy, execution, systems, and operations with a builder/operator background
• Proven track record of owning pipeline or revenue growth outcomes directly
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect various growth channels and metrics
• High fluency with AI-native workflows, automation, and modern GTM tooling
• Comfort operating in lean, high-ownership startup environments with a focus on execution quality
