Job Summary
To drive compounding growth for Siena, the full-time Head of Growth will manage new customer acquisition, existing customer growth, and product launches while working remotely and collaborating directly with the founders to build the growth function and team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead demand creation and new customer acquisition across various channels, including brand, content, and partnerships
- Oversee existing customer growth through expansion, adoption, and retention strategies
- Manage end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, and distribution
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building AI-driven systems and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to launch products or brands from inception to market
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts
- Experience balancing creative and analytical aspects of marketing
- Familiarity with selling AI products and understanding market differentiators
