Job Summary
Leading the consumer growth engine, the full-time remote Head of Growth will set strategy, manage the P&L for growth, and oversee paid acquisition, experimentation, and conversion optimization to drive member growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategy P&L, ensuring accountability for CAC, payback, and signup volume
- Manage paid acquisition performance across various platforms, maintaining high standards for agency partnerships
- Oversee the creative engine, generating and testing channel-level creative in collaboration with internal and external partners
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with direct ownership of significant ROAS and CAC targets
- Proven track record of leading growth in high-growth consumer or healthcare companies
- Deep expertise in managing paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok, with familiarity in OTT and emerging channels
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with attribution, incrementality, and cohort analysis
- Ability to demonstrate executive presence and effectively communicate growth strategies to senior leadership
