Job Summary
Leading a cross-disciplinary growth team, the full-time Head of Growth will develop strategies for client acquisition, SEO, and retention while managing direct reports and ensuring accountability across the department in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of paid channel strategists, SEO specialists, and retention operators, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Define and implement a multi-channel growth approach, maintaining visibility into account performance and adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with operations and finance to manage department costs and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading multi-channel growth strategies for ecommerce businesses
- Agency experience with a proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and delivering profitable results
- Strong knowledge of paid social, paid search, SEO, and retention channels to effectively lead and evaluate performance
- Financial fluency with an understanding of P&Ls, unit economics, and media spend's impact on profitability
- Proven ability to develop team members into stronger performers through coaching and performance management
