Job Summary

Owning the sales and marketing functions, the full-time remote Founding Head of Growth will manage the entire sales process from initial conversations to contract signing while also developing and executing internal marketing strategies for a specialized Meta advertising agency serving Registered Investment Advisors and independent financial advisory firms.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound sales processes, including introductory calls, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Develop and execute internal marketing strategies, including Meta advertising campaigns and brand positioning
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks and marketing assets to support growth initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and available during standard business hours
