Job Summary
Leading paid acquisition strategy and performance, the full-time Head of Growth will manage growth initiatives across Meta, Google Search, and other channels, focusing on customer acquisition efficiency and revenue growth in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the paid acquisition strategy across various digital channels
- Manage media buying systems, including campaign structure and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance acquisition performance and reporting systems
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in growth leadership at scaled DTC brands or managing large consumer budgets
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition across Meta and Google platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance data and attribution models
- Hands-on mentality with a desire to be involved in campaign performance and strategy
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance workflows and decision-making
