Job Summary

To drive pipeline and revenue growth, the full-time remote Head of Growth will lead the development and execution of growth strategies, build a high-performing team, and manage key marketing initiatives across various channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and execute growth strategies across web, paid media, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Build and scale a growth engine that enhances awareness, engagement, and revenue
  • Manage the website as a strategic asset, focusing on positioning, conversion, and experimentation
Required qualifications
  • 10 to 12+ years of experience in B2B/B2C demand generation and growth
  • Experience in a Tier-1 startup, contributing to significant revenue growth
  • Proven track record in named-account and precision-marketing programs
  • Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth strategies
  • Strong cross-functional credibility with Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance
