Job Summary

Driving regional revenue growth, the full-time Head of Growth will lead a high-performing sales team to deliver integrated solutions for mid-to-enterprise level clients while optimizing partnership channels and advancing account-based marketing strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and manage high-value opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team through performance management and continuous coaching
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to design and launch offerings as part of the global Go-To-Market plan
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development and Marketing for Salesforce services
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Extensive experience selling digital commerce solutions to mid-to-enterprise level companies
  • Strong leadership and management abilities to motivate sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus
