Job Summary
Driving full-funnel revenue growth, the full-time Head of Growth will manage demand generation, sales execution, and revenue operations in a remote capacity, focusing on pipeline development and optimizing the revenue cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee demand generation, sales, and revenue operations as an integrated function to create and close pipeline opportunities
- Develop and implement campaigns, events, and strategies for optimizing free-trial signups and customer referrals
- Lead sales execution efforts, focusing on productivity, sales cycle optimization, and forecast accuracy
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading full-funnel revenue at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in a growth-stage environment
- Demonstrated ability to integrate demand generation and sales into a cohesive revenue strategy
- Experience building and scaling product-led growth initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team and customer success
- Ability to operate in an AI-driven environment, utilizing data for decision-making and strategy development
