Required Qualifications

• Strong background in growth, marketing, or partnerships within fintech or payments
• Deep familiarity with the China payments ecosystem, including regulatory constraints and user behavior
• Proven experience scaling services in China or China-facing corridors
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create new growth paths
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
