Required Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in marketing or growth functions with accountability for business outcomes
• Proven track record of converting cultural attention into sign-ups and revenue
• Strong commercial judgment across various business models, including consumer products and services
• Deep understanding of social and viral mechanics influencing customer behavior
• Experience in building and scaling teams in fast-moving environments
