Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, focusing on pipeline creation and customer expansion programs
- Own and optimize full-funnel growth programs across various marketing channels
- Develop and lead a high-performing growth marketing team while ensuring cohesive engagement throughout the buyer journey
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, particularly in growth marketing and demand generation
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing growth marketing teams
- Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue outcomes in an enterprise or upper mid-market environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and performance optimization
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams
