Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, focusing on pipeline creation and customer expansion programs
  • Own and optimize full-funnel growth programs across various marketing channels
  • Develop and lead a high-performing growth marketing team while ensuring cohesive engagement throughout the buyer journey


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, particularly in growth marketing and demand generation
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing growth marketing teams
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue outcomes in an enterprise or upper mid-market environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and performance optimization
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams
