Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who is data-driven and strategic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and scale performance acquisition across various channels for a B2C loyalty app while improving key metrics through experimentation
  • Lead paid social campaigns targeting game studios and publishers, and manage content and campaign execution across the funnel for B2B growth
  • Develop analytics and reporting for user acquisition performance, providing actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 7-8 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing for consumer apps, with a proven track record of end-to-end campaign ownership
  • Deep experience in paid user acquisition across multiple channels, particularly within the Android ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of mobile attribution tools and platform-specific measurement nuances
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans
  • Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams effectively
