Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline across self-serve and direct sales
- Build and execute multi-channel DemandGen campaigns, including digital ads, email nurture, and events
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS companies with $10M-$80M ARR
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Proven track record in owning pipeline metrics and delivering results with a small team
- Experience in developer marketing and operating in hybrid PLG + sales-led environments
- Strong project management skills and experience managing a growth marketing team
