Job Summary
To drive growth and demand generation, the full-time Head of Growth Marketing will build and own a multi-channel demand engine, manage the conversion funnel, and collaborate cross-functionally while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the multi-channel demand engine, setting targets and managing resources
- Own the conversion funnel from first touch through free-trial activation and Sales handoff
- Collaborate with various teams to create integrated campaigns and optimize lead quality and pipeline
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing at B2B SaaS companies
- Proven track record of owning a pipeline number and building a multi-channel demand engine
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Email, AEO, and CRO
- Experience managing execution through contractors and agencies while owning strategy
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across PMM, Sales, Product, RevOps, and Finance
