Head of GTM Enablement

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of RevOps, the full-time Head of GTM Enablement will architect and lead the global field and partner enablement organization remotely, focusing on operational qualification, change management, and scalable training initiatives across field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive change management by executing robust strategies for new sales motions and methodologies
• Build the enablement infrastructure to support rapid field expansion and ensure onboarding velocity aligns with growth investments
• Oversee global field enablement resources, contextualizing frameworks for local markets and supporting partner scaling

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling enablement or GTM strategy functions in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Expertise in guiding large field organizations through complex messaging and product portfolio expansions
• Experience leading distributed global teams across central and partner-facing functions
• Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies and leveraging AI/automation for knowledge delivery
• Focus on tangible business outcomes such as ramp velocity and play adoption
