Job Summary
Driving enablement strategies for customer-facing teams, the remote Head of GTM Enablement will own the development and execution of programs that enhance sales participation, shorten ramp times, and improve revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the enablement operating system for onboarding, ramp, and ongoing development across sales, technical, and BDR teams
- Equip teams with essential skills and knowledge to enhance deal execution and pipeline generation
- Lead the enablement function by hiring, developing, and aligning cross-functional teams to proactively meet field needs
Required qualifications
- Experience building and scaling a GTM or revenue enablement function in a high-growth technology company
- Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with the enterprise deal motion
- Fluency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
- Metrics-driven with a focus on measuring outcomes and behavior changes
- Proven leadership skills in hiring and developing enablement talent
