Job Summary
To support a growing SaaS revenue business, the full-time Head of GTM Operations will manage operational strategies and processes for the Americas, ensuring sales productivity, pipeline generation, and customer retention in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic operations partner to the AMS Zone Sales Leader, translating goals into executable operational plans
- Lead the AMS forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global rhythms while maintaining visibility on key SaaS metrics
- Ensure Salesforce data quality and resolve operational friction points, partnering with the Global GTM Ops team for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Minimum 3 years in a regional or zone-level operations role with Americas scope
- Proven track record in forecasting and pipeline reporting for substantial revenue organizations ($50M+ ARR)
- Strong command of Salesforce for opportunity management and data hygiene
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills in matrixed, multi-geography organizations
